What Colour are YOU?

We all know that colour is very much part of this world. We see it in the plants, the minerals, the animals and of course also the rainbow. By now it is even common knowledge that colours do have healing impacts when applied to the aura of a person or even when being eaten by ways of say – purple fruit, greens or whatever.

Another important concept where colour comes in is the knowledge of personality colours. This is probably not quite so much the common knowledge as other personality characteristics like being a sanguine or a hothead or whatever.

When it comes to personality it is the 4 prime colours which are being used: yellow, blue, green and red.

Yellow and blue people are open and vivacious whereas green and red people are closed up personalities.

Most people have a blend of colours in them, yet on of the colours is the dominant one and will have a considerable impact on their interaction with the world.

Determining of the personality types according to coulours has become quite a science and when you feel you want to improve your interaction, your communication with people knowledge about personality colours will come in rather handy. While precise and wholesome information will be the best possible communication when it comes to dealing with greens, such an approach will bore the blue personality to death, just to give you a very clear example.

Getting full grasp of this concept will take you a bit of learning and practice, but once you have the hang of  it you will be highly pleased with the results you get.

You are welcome to be in touch with me about it – I’ll be more than happy to help you acquiring this knowledge.

Your Future is Today

"It is not enough to know - you have to do it" - this simple quote has a great impact on life.

Let us apply this to a network marketing business:
You know that *you need a solid company, *the commission plan has to meet certain standards, *you have to read your policies and procedures before signing up, *you need a system that is duplicable, *you need to create leads, *you have to build a relationship with people as you have understood that people follow people and not opportunities, *you want a business with high retention rates and a good residual income - what does all this knowledge serve you unless you DO IT?

What you do today will have an immediate impact on your future and what you leave undone today just the same.

Your success is determined by what you decide today and by what you implement today.
It is a good option to blend knowledge and implementation, by choosing a proven system which will give you all the knowledge and training you require and where the team spirit will give you the back up you need to implement on an ongoing basis.
After years and years of standing up and building a business on my own I have found the perfect home in Mentoring For Free.
It is our heart felt concern that as many people as possible get a chance to wake up and finally have the success they deserve - that they finally are put in a position to own their lives!

The Art of Communication

The art of communication to a considerable extent depends on the the cultural background, the level of education, the age, the profession and many other factors
Communication is a very sensitive topic and needs expert training if someone wants to be proficient at it. There are many spicy stories in history which show very well how much has changed over the centuries.

Modern people do not consider communication an art very often. But communication still is a major factor in determining success or failure.

Let's look at Network Marketing which is a business of people joining people. Interaction between people is the main factor in this industry and it should be a major part of any education provided in this context.

Most people don't think they need to be educated in communication, yet some people do.
Yet those who accept the necessity for education are the top earners in this business.

Common sense should tell us that we have 2 ears and only one mouth - an indication that we have to listen twice as much as we speak and we have to listen to what a person says and not what we think is being said! Next we have to look carefully(2 eyes) at what we learned so that in the end we can give a well tempered reply (1 mouth). There are different types of people who need to be handled in different ways and also strategies have to be acquired to give a conversation/communication direction.

Hopefully this has given a first idea as to how essential good communication skills are when inter-relating with people - you simply need to do it! Welcome!
